Minato would have the upper hand owing to the speed of his FTG. Madara would obviously stomp Minato. Itachi could possibly generate his Susanoo as a defence (Madara is known to generate his in moments, and Itachi also generated his in an instant against Sasukes Kirin) So his Sharingan might possibly be able to keep up with FTG. Although this is not proven.
