I will only talk about their ace techs. Tobi : We now know the secrets of his intangibility. But his main card is his sharingan which grants him many techs but the ability to interpret opponents movements is most supplementary. Cause it gives him idea on where the attack is gonna land on his body. Which gives him a chance to just "slip throug" meaning to teleport the about to be blown part to other dimension. Easily killing any kind of ninja. Minato : The fastest man to live totally because his reflexes and the FTG. His style revolves as we have seen is to quickly bust his opponent on their weakest spot. We've seen him mark tobi with the tech formula. Now only thing left to do teleport surprisingly where tobi suspect least. He is kage level i am sure he can do it. (Do you think?) and just use any powerful finisher. Since Tobi won't know where is the attack gonna come from. And won't be able to teleport that part of body before its blown. Furthermore total intangibility is not possible only thing left for Tobi is to teleport himself. Thats my thinking. Give me Tobi's strategie's if you think he wins. Current Minato or 3 tomoe Obito > Minato. It has been 16 years, much can change (for example Tobi can use his fire techniques and etc with 3 tomoe).

We have never seen Obito fight serious yet, he haven't even used mokuton or rinnegan in this fight

2 perfect jinkhurikens along with 2 high jounin/kage levels are doing everything they can to even hit obito.. and then you pop up with like "minato solos"

Finally, the obito that fought minato was able to control and summon kurama and kill elite anbu and infiltrate konohas top barrier. If you think thats weaker than current obito(whos 6 bijjus power was neutralized by HALF the kyuubis power) than you are a fool im afraid. Normally the rinnegan would count but since obito has shown no feats from it it doesnt.
