He can't counter 2repetitive attacks. It's as simple as that. You talk as if Minato was forced to stay close from Deva to throw kunais when he can be from 2meters to 40meters if he wants during the fight. The normal Shinra tensei can't even hit someone at 10meters

Dunno what the panda thing is though, but Minato has summons as well. He can even use clones if he feels the need, but Pain has no chance in this fight

Not seeing how that's a good example the other shurikan ambushed him U_U , And NO how do you think CST is used? By threading all the chakra going to the other path's into Deva, now this clearly proves that the MORE chakra Deva uses the larger and farther the ST reaches, And throwing a kunia from 40 meter's :| By the time the second one would get there the 5 sec interval would be up lml, and in a forest it would not even reach? No Minato would be within 10-20 meters at most, where he gets floored by ST when he throws a Shurikan,
