Minato against Kakashi

At the time sasuke only had a two tomoe sharingan and couldn't predict moves like the third tomoe sharingan. As I said earlier, he would use a lightning clone and possibly come to the conclusion that long range would give him a better advantage since minato is, for the most part, a close range fighter.

I'm not a fanboy really, I'm just showing my idea of what it would probably be like when considering their abilities. As I said earlier in my first comment, it would not be a long battle. As you said, he would inevitably obtain the seal somewhere, and Minato would instantly win. I'm just stating that he would probably sweat a drop or so to do it.

Oh , My bad ^^ misread your post, yeah no I agree that it wouldnt take 2 seconds but it would still be quick and yeah Minato would sweat a lil

I think Minato would win this pretty easy... i mean what can Kakashi do that is fast enough to catch Minato... maybe just maybe with an excellent strategy he might come up with a way to trick Minato... but that only gives him one shot and just that.
Knowing your opponent's abilities doesn't mean anything when you can't stop it, counter it or react fast enough to dodge it.
Remember when Raikage dodged Amaterasu that ninja said that his reflexes while using the lightning shroud were comparable to those of Minato... so if Sasuke had trouble keeping up with Raikage, how will Kakashi handle the fastest ninja alive?
The only info that Kakashi has and might be useful is that Minato can put his seal on anything, so he has to avoid close range at any costs.

I am in agreement. Although his sharingan can help him predict where minato may move and lure him into a trap.
