WUT. You just gave the totally opposite definition of FTG. FTG doesn't make Minato moves at the speed of light, it wouldn't be called a space/time jutsu then... It's a teleportation jutsu.

I didn't know people still believed that about FTG since it's been discussed so much

It's possible, but I highly doubt it.
If I recall, Space/Time jutsu are not linked; different S/T jutsu use their own dimension for teleportation unless stated otherwise. If that assumption is correct, then FTG is not capable of traveling to the Kamui dimension, and vice versa.

The only entrance/exit to the Kamui dimension is through Obito/Kakashi's Mangekyo Sharingan. If Kamui is not being used, then the dimension is closed off completely and does not allow access into or out of it. Unless FTG is stated as being capable of intersecting into the Kamui dimension, there's no way for Minato to teleport to Kakashi.

Not quite correct. It's a space time jutsu, not just speed. This has been stated multiple times in the manga by multiple characters. Time probably travels much faster in the void that Minato goes through when he teleports, thus meaning that much less time has passed in the real world when Minato arrives at his destination. This effect is probably coupled with instant space time curvature upon activation of the jutsu. Therefore, it would not take light years.

Ah so what if Obito had the Chakra cloak on; wouldn't that allow access to his sharinga technically..?

Then if that is assumed true, then wouldn't he be linked the same way if his eye is connected thru said sign/kuni (unless both would be needed as it wouldn't be as connected directly as the chakra cloak access), unless all 3 would be needed for access to the dimension other than Kakashi using Obito's (Kakashi's?) other eyeness
