Like i said Kubo always likes going International with his manga .
I think some one already made this thread anyway back on point The Eye of Horus is an ancient Egyptian symbol of protection, royal power and good health. The eye is personified in the goddess Wadjet It is also known as ''The Eye of Ra''
During Ancient Egypt Horus is depicted as falcon . The Eye represents the eye of the falcon
Connection with Yhwach and Mimihagi:
Both are sons of Soul king . Yes,Mimihagi and yhwach are paralleled with Set and Horus infact Soul king represent 'Osiris' .
Set and Horus are Egyptian Gods , they fought many battles in one of those Set killed his father and Horus set out to seeks his revenge and defeated him once and for all.
Usually Yhwach and Mimihagi are meant to co exist for another they completely represent set of ideology they opposed for long time.
It is my belief Yhwach feel out with his brother's ideal and created his own religion called " Quincy" to renew ideology of being the God himself . Mimihagi may have helped Yama to beat Yhwach .
So this my theory it seems farfetched but some part of it seems authors is making parallel between two Egyptian gods . Thank you for reading .
PS: Osiris was an Egyptian god, usually identified as the god of the afterlife, the underworld and the dead.
