Eren, Mikasa and Armin are most likely 17.
Ymir said she wandered 60 years outside the wall as a titan.
And it was said about Levi that he is older than he looks. I would say around 30 then.

No he is actually old. The latest chapter revealed he is at least 21 (a character said he is "of age") and in an interview with the writer he revealed that Levi is actually a lot older than he looks but we don't know his official age yet.
Rivaille is pretty old, Isayama has hinted him to be surprisingly old. Although 30 would be an exaggeration [some have though claimed that in the autographs, Isayama spoiled it], he's no less than 20. Mikasa, Eren and Armin are all around 15/16. Hange was implied though, to be 2 or 3 years younger than him so... I'd expect him to be around late 20 or mid.
