For a first try it's pretty amazing ._.) ............ I'm not that good at renders, so Yeah .

It's Ok for the first try. However it still is lacking in many aspects. First the render's size is a little big, it would have been better if more of her lower body was visible. The C4D's don't have a flow to them, it seems they are placed randomly without any direction to them.
The tag is lacking in details and due to over blurring of the surrounding, it looks really flat. Lightning can be improved, the whole render is really bright even in places where it shouldn't be, mostly from the front since light source is on the back. Aside from render's own, the surrounding's lightning can be made really good too, but you'll come to know that in time.
Do read some tutorials for tag making and you'll surely get better.
