I hate to comment on Mihawk's battles, as per his feats he isn't more than a VA but his hype makes him Shanks' rival, a Yonko...

I usually consider both hype and feats from a character if the feats hint the authenticity of the hype... But it doesn't work well with Mihawk...
And perceiving from my point of view, I don't see Mihawk stronger than Doflamingo if not weaker... That's just my opinion, don't flame me...

How does Kizaru have better feats? Since when can he cut icebergs with a casual swing? Kizaru's best destructive capacity is the mangrove he destroyed in shabondy, nowhere near the scale of an iceberg. His lasers weren't even strong enough to create a hole in the ice plateform where they were fighting in marineford. Mihawk's air slash was capable to cut his way through as if it was nothing
