He is based a little from Dracula, hence Dracule Mihawk, he's a mix of both, yes Moria is based of a bat, but a vampire is not a bat.

the vampire is named after the bat of the same name, the disease porphyria, and the way certain dead bodies looked after sitting for a couple of days in the middle ages. Dracula is a vampire character based on Vlad Dracul also known as Vlad the impaler. Hawkeye seems to me to be a hawk-based human that is based on Vlad Dracul.
