mihawk is at same level as shanks? is it true ? at the marineford we can saw that mihawk is not reaching whitebeard level,. but shanks is equal to whitebeard . what's ur opinion about the statement " mihawk is equal to shanks "

Mihawk is Shanks level because his incredibly strong with his blade ( one of the 7 special ones)
Shanks we havn't seen much of him, but he uses a sword n most likely more than one form of haki, so i believe that they are both on par because they have fought in the past and no-one really has won but have come to acknowledge each others power and since then become good friends
