Miharu has a sharp face that shows how much suffering he has had in the past. His look is always serious, with somewhat a sarcastic grin most of the time. His hair falls straight down alongside his face to the point where it reaches his chin. He has an athletic posture. Wearing the stolen clothes of an ANBU, he added chains around his right arm, as well as a tattoo in the shape of a Koi fish on his right arm. His former Kirigakure headband has a line crossed through it, to mark the fact that he abandoned the hidden village.
Personality:
Miharu is a calm, sarcastic, bitter young man. However sometimes, when confronted with his past, it is possible that he enrages and loses his entire rational mind. Next to this he has a strong will and is determined to reach his (still unknown) goals.

History:
Birth
It was a cold winter evening. As Inoue (Miharu’s mother) was having her latest contractions, she saw before her a vision of the man that was to be her son. In this vision she felt his chill chakra, as well as the bitter life he was meant to lead. Finally giving birth, a cry erupted from where the little boy sprouted out. Inoue had tears of joy (although the vision was burned on her eyes) as she saw Sarutobi (her husband) handing her over her newborn son.
Childhood
Miharu grew as a normal child. Being above the average of his class,but not enough to be the child genius his sister Fumiko was. As Miharu grew, he learned very basic things in the Academy which he got the hang of rather quickly. Kirigakure was known for its brute discipline and zero tolerance when it comes to giving up, and through the years this started to have its effect on Miharu personality. Shortly after graduating from the academy, his mother and father died in battle with a group of shinobi who planned to take over the village. This was certainly a point in Miharu’s life that changed his personality greatly. From an introvert and determined little boy, he changed into a harsh and truly bitter young man.
Adolescence
While Miharu had no interest in rising through the ranks of the village (he certainly had the capacities) he continued to improve himself in every way as a shinobi. Although he still wasn’t capable of beating his genius sister (who was now a Hunter-nin), Fumiko in a spar match, she commented him on his continuous improvement. Life was a constant fight for Miharu, and he started to rebel against Kirigakure and against his friends. Disagreeing with the corruption of the village towards the villagers and the shinobi’s that swore to protect the village at all cost, he left the village at the age of 18 so that he could improve his skills and could someday rid his village of the corrupt system that it applied. His sister however, made it her personal quest to track down her brother and return him to the village to stand trial for intentions and deeds. To neither of them, blood came before justice.
