Her evasive skills,her reaction and Katsuyu won't allow that. Furthermore Gai hasn't enough firepower to kill this slug,although he is a capable fighter.

I don't know what evasive skills , not even sharingan users will dodge him while using the gates lol

Gai can hit a lot faster than she can regenerate, and a lot harder. He could kill her whilst she is regenerating with Asa Kujaku.

You don't know that it is just your opinion as you do not know the extent of her healing ability in byakugou mode. If she could handle being teleported through that heavenly transfer i recon she can heal faster than being hit, that thing should have torn a normal person to pieces alot more than punches and she handled being burnt which takes more toll on the skin than a punch as well.

This is tough, fight depends on Guy and how he approaches it. He needs to outlast her nd if he brings out his big mves he will not. If he stay under 6 gate he could get the job done afterall he is faster than her and the lotus attacks are devasting enough to keep her healing. He could KO her and keep her down as another way to win. either way mid-high diff for both.

A guaranteed kill to those who don't possess Tsunades healing abilities.

Lee also solely specialized in taijutsu, then part 1 Sasuke showed him up. Having only a single focus while useful doesn't guarantee you'll be the best.
Beyond that Tsunade still has about twice as experience as Gai. And if she starts to mix her medical ninjutsu with her taijutsu Gai would be in pretty big trouble, between her chakra scalpels and BPD.

In Base Gai really wouldn't stand a chance. Blocking wouldn't be an option because he'd have something broken. With Tsunade's AoE dodging in base isn't a good option. And with attacks like BPD she can put him down for the count.

Sasuke can't even maintain those speeds for extended periods of time like lee/guy (its natural for them since they do everything with extremely heavy weights on) so that's a pretty bad comparison.

Guy can keep her within his range while staying out of her range via his nunchaku, so attacks like bpd and medical ninjutsu wont touch him.
He outclasses her in base speed and has straight 5's for taijutsu, stamina, and strength (speed too but that's already mentioned) Plus his battle experience comes from kakashi and as a result can tell what opponents can do just by watching their feet, unlike tsunade who has to study her opponents moves before effective dodging becomes possible.

Databook stats are pretty bad. Kakuzu who has a 4 in speed blitzed Kakashi who has a 4.5 in speed. Naruto who in base has a 3.5 in speed cornered Kakuzu. What can we learn that despite being faster in the databook, characters can overcome those stats.

I should put out as a martial arts you can only be so far away while using nunchaku. Playing keep away while using nunchucks really isn't a good strategy.

Apart of using Nunchaku is realizing that your weapon must recoil in order to strike again. Which means he's putting himself at risk. And I still don't find the beat Tsunade to death argument to be a good argument.

The way guy used it.... I beg to differ. It was blasting through rocks no prob.No recoil.

He has the ability to beat her in that regard but due to her slug he cant win.

EDIT:I take the recoil part back. It still blast's through rocks though. Tsunade can heal from it but she isn't a juggernaut. His attacks still hurt her. Its not like she shut her nervous system down so she doesn't feel pain.
