No, I think he can stab her in the skull, unless you would argue that Byakugou saves her from brain stabbing.

If he can punch her he can stab her.

But without the 8th one; i think Gai can take this; he has a far more superior speed; i do not know how can Tsunade can survive something that would be directly a killer move; byakugo; fine but Gai does not openning his gated just at the begining; his attacks at his base form are already strong i think he can outlast Tsunade; Tsunade has to land a hit on him to give him a fight; i do not she can do it to someone like Gai. Hiroduro took a s**t on Kisame; he was also really durable but that did not stop him from being defeated.

He can outlast her simply because he is faster than her and she cannot hit him.

His stamina is also higher, as shown in the Databook.

No. It was made when the shippuuden begun.

And Tsunade has been fighting a whole night. She replenished every Kages chakra to the max. ( except A's ), she healed herself and the others. She still had enough chakra to boost Onoki's jinton. I hope you remember that jinton destroyed 25 Susanoo.

Guy is a beast, but not a chakra beast.

Tsunade takes this. Even at base form, she seems durable enough. Katsuya can also be summoned into the battle. Once her seal is activated, it's only a matter of durability and stamina. which Tsunade would have more of, given her Senju and Uzumaki lineage. This is non-debatable.

All of Gai's attacks are tanked with immortality seal and Katusya can simply split itself to aid Tsunade if needed. She can also use acid attacks to harm Gai. FYI, there is no 8th gate revelation in the manga so far. We know he can open it, but we have never seen him use it. Hence for now, this is fanfiction at best. 8th Gate is also supposed to kill him. Katusya can simply absorb Tsunade and let the time pass till the 8th gate kills Gai.

she survived the HTT. A few punch cant kill her.

Im going with might guy. The 8th gate gives him powers that are beyond kage level.

He already caused massive damage to madara to the point where he had to regenerate while in horrible condition.
