I say gai, if he is in the seventh gate I can't see kakashi being able to react to him. Sure he has the sharigan but if his body can't react in time its pointless. Also he wouldn't be able to kumai him in time since gai would move to fast. So i say Gai, unless kakashi can trick him with a shadow clone.
