Might Guy OP?

Hi everyone and sorry if i'm posting this question to the wrong thread But i've been playing Naruto generations and after playing as Guy over and over again and beating my friend constantly, he keeps calling Guy op (overpowered) and saying to play someone different....i was just wondering if any of you agree that he is overpowered or does my friend just need to get a little better haha.

Don't worry about it. My brother keeps saying that itachi is OP especially when i use his Susanoo, so they just need to get better.

Hes not cheap in any way in my opinion. Do you use his awakening or Ultimate Jutsu a lot? Cause even those have drawbacks to them.

i always go against people who use young rock lee. it pisses me off because they always awaken while still in GREEN HEALTH. I think its very cheap. Lost about 3 times to rock lee's because of that BS

I can give descriptive details of characters weakenesses including PTS Lee since he is my 3rd best character.

i do agree that younger rock lee is sorta cheap but i usually go older lee or guy especially, and i barely ever awaken...i just like to pund on em in close range before they can substitute, it just irritates me when my friend says he lost to me becasue i use an op character that requires no skill to use y'know?

and i too am a HUGE fan of Rock Lee and guy, and if someone could give me a list of weaknesses so i could whip em out when they accuse me, that would be great

His awakening is by far the fastest and one of the best in the game, if a combo screws up just teleport behind your opponent, you do not even need to sub.


I do think it is very sad they made km Naruto slower than him, Minato, Tobi, and many more chars with good awakenings

Well, its pretty even with the raikage, Lee, and Minato's awakenings.

They made it like that because he hasn't truly mastered KM yet to its fullest potential. The others have worked with that kind of speed for a long time so they are used to it unlike Naruto.

An easy thing to notice is their recovery speed. While they are very fast characters and attack at quickly, whenever they perform an UJ or finish off a combo, they tend to recover a bit slower than usual afterwards, so countering them after blocking is more effective.

Another thing is about their gates. It gives you the ability to teleport, greatly increased movement speed, and greatly increased strength. The major downside is that this mode doesn't last for very long, so as long as you can hold out against their speed and attacks, then you'll come out with minimal damage. Another quirk you can do is to try jumping whenever they teleport. They end up teleporting into the air and not actually hitting you.
