To be fair Min is fast due to teleporting.

I love Guy and he is obviously fast. But there was no reference to where Guy was in the shot where it showed black ball of doom at point blank range. Think of it as trick photography. However this is not saying he isn't the fastest with 8th or he isn't insanely fast by himself.

Obito was not able to Kamui fast enough - far too slow compared to his normal Kamui speed - as he was carrying the Bijuu Chakra load. Kakashi combined the Kamui, but then again, his is only slightly faster than Obito's Kamui that throws objects out. Gai is pretty fast on-foot, but certainly not the fastest.
