Hirudora can't hit V2 Ay at range. Nothing even says guy can injure him either since a chidori sword bounced right off his neck.

Tsunade survives Hirudora easily, A weakened Kisame even survived that. Tsunade was split in half and still managed to make a hand sign. Taijutsu is never gonna kill Tsunade until proven otherwise. So it's a battle of Stamina which is Tsunade > Gai.

Speed is a non-factor if he has nothing to kill her with, To kill her he must make contact which is deadly. I doubt that Tsunade won't land one hit and if she doesn't than she just needs to withstand them all. Which is no problem for her. Until 8th gates is revealed it's still Tsunade > Gai.
