Jiraiya is automatically signed to the Toad contract. Basically all canon bio who have summons in the anime/manga are automatically signed to their summons. The current summon list isnt completely up to date as the databook has revealed that Shisui is signed to crows and Onoki is related to the 1st Tsuchikage is a Kamizuru(Bee User). Other than those two, the summon list is up to date.

In today's RP you cannot win with a Gai or Lee bio unfortunately.

I bet back in the day when you could dodge jutsu free form or hide behind trees, like real ninja do, where you didn't have to defeat an element with another element, this bio would be very fun to use.

But it looks great none the less. Amazing character man. I wish all Lee and Gai bios came with leg weights just to even the odds a bit.
