I stated, the notion is erring, meaning Kekkei-Genkai doesn't solely appear on a bloodline as there are examples of people from different bloodline, yet having a common Kekkei-Genkai. I didn't suggest it's not Kekkei-Genkai because she has it.

You said Juubi is Wood Element. It isn't. It's Natural Energy Mass. It being a tree doesn't change what it's contents are. It can use Wood Element.
