Mifune vs ???

We already saw Mifune as a highly capable fighter. He is insanely fast and he keeps you from using ninjutsu. So .. Who do you thing can beat him ? And would you consider him kage level ?

well he is the leader of the samurai so i guess hes kinda kage level but not really i think ninjas are way stronger. Maybe gai could beat him since he doesnt really use ninjutsu
