Interesting fight. I would give this to Tsunade mid-high difficulty.

It is true Mifune is faster than Tsunade and his sword can decapitate her but decapitating someone is more challenging than landing a punch since you actually have to slice their head off which takes more time and effort than to land a single hit.

Also if Tsunade kicks the ground, it would halt Mifune's advance allowing Tsunade to potentially catch Mifune off guard and take him out. Moreover, even if it doesn't allow Tsunade to catch Mifune off guard, what this entails is that Mifune will have trouble closing the distance to Tsunade and then Tsunade will get accustomed to Mifune's fighting style much like how Sakura analysed Sasori's. Once that happens, Tsunade will be able to counter Mifune if he comes in for a decapitation.

I just forgot that Mifune has no knowledge of Tsunade's healing abilities so he won't go for decapitation. He may get killed at the very beginning of the fight when Mifune thinks Tsunade is dead, when she really isn't.

Mifune is so fast she won't be able to use a jutsu and he has a pretty decent speed advantage, he wins pretty easily. Mifune is so fodder right? All he did was solo Hanzo who Jiraya couldn't believe got defeated.

Mifune is fodder.Even Kiba beats him.He beat hanzo for the sake of the plot.Also he was a bad match up for hanzo and edos are weaker than alive versions.Confirmed by alive madara soloing all alliance neg diff.
