microsoft visual help

it is too long to read ,i know but please do read.
by mistake i delete Microsoft visual c++ 2008 redistributable.

i know it affect many Microsoft application.

but after that my computer seem to work fine but i have problem loading web pages .

at first i thought it may be because my net speed is slow but from last two days it giving problems like
1)slow loading of page ,
2) image not appear,
3)if i want to play video i have to wait for 1 min after clicking on play button .etc

it is very troublesome.so my q is i know deleting it affect Microsoft application so if i am not wrong then it will also affect the Microsoft framework or plugins like windows photo viewer.in all network related applications . so my q is this is happening with me because i delete it or any other reasons are there ?

my system is virus protected so no malware and virus issue.

so whats the reason and what should i suppose to do?
please help me.and advance thanks to all .
please vm me if u know the ans cause i am using my mobile which has slow net speed so take time loading .

Had the same problem,after downloading an game it told me I needed that package so I downloaded it.
Some games tell you some dont
