Gaara is just so out of place in this list, someone like Kabuto (even just dragon sage mode) or even Muu would have been a better choice.

I don't agree with Hashirama being so low. You have to put in to account all the stuff that has came from cells. CELLS of Hashirama. I think Minato would be over Obito. And I think Minato could be a major threat and could beat Madara.
