Yeah I guess you could say you're right but even in the dream world against Jason, he can't kill Jason. Although Freddy can be stopped if pulled into the real world (although he'd come back if people learned to fear him again) but Jason doesn't fear him so after stopped Jason would never think of him again unless someone else brought him up to Jason.

It didnt matter if jason feared him because they were others that feared freddy and therefore freddy is always around. True, but freddy did almost actually killed jason. Remember when he found out he was afraid of wAter?
Yea freddy can be pulled out and can be killed but the mother will always come back! And it doesnt just take jason for him to come back cause u already know it just takes 1 person to fear him to get back his powers.
With that freddy can go in a big scale if he wanted to. Why would he just want to be feared in a town, when he can be feared in a city or a state or even the world! We know he can always use jason. But he wasn't prepared to take him out but now knowing his weakness I'm pretty sure he have that flawed out that time. Of course jason is immortal but if in the movie where freddy was about to kill him i believe it could be possible
