So, this guy was on a really bad LSD variant when he attacked the old man, Ronald Poppo.
The Old man gave some details, saying the assailant had basically no moral compass and had nothing that made him a human anymore.
He had supposedly the feelings of a shark that is bloodthirsty for meat (or fish, or whatever the **** fish wanna be made of).

This is actually getting the pill-popping (and the druggies) population more generally aware of what they're getting when they get psychedelic and what they look for, or that's what I've seen on a computer site that's completely unrelated to this incident.
