so black zetsu has been pinned down by a sword for quite some time but not dead.

I don't think Tobi would let the one of the real black zetsu's. It would be risky, if Sasuke would turn back on em and he did. And it wasn't a black zetsu it was a white one.

Sasuke killed the orginal white zetsu with amaterasu. Naruto and that choujuro guy killed the black one.
