Black Zetsu was Madara's will. He's probably slowly making his way to the battlefield. If he can sync with Madara. He'll show up to give Madara a needed power up or regeneration.

It's exactly the other way round: He isn't needed anymore. He was only there to help Obito carry out the plan while Madara was dead. With Madara being back (well, sort of), Black Zetsu is irrelevant.

what do you mean he's no longer need, it's his own will in a body, it would be dumb not to get it back and merge with it/whatever he would do with it.
