Three Tomoe, is the third stage of the Sharingan, abilities gained from the previous Tomoe are greatly improved, such abilities include - Perceiving the opponent's movements at an extremely high speed, being able to almost simultaneously copy the opponent's movements as if they are being performed in slow motion, only if used correctly the user can copy handseals created by the opponent almost releasing them as a mirror effect, by following the opponent's muscle tension the user can defend or counter against the strike with great ease.
An added effect of gaining the third Tomoe includes being able to creating illusions through the use of the sharingan, this is mainly done my making eye contact with the user where they are then set into the user's choice of genjutsu without the opponent knowing. It also helps the user figure out if they are caught within an opponent's visual genjutsu (B Rank & below).

Just as fast as questioning me, Sensei had vanished from site, hidden within the forest testing my use of the Sharingan. Slightly shocked by the sudden disappearance I close my eyes as I regain my composure, taking in deep breathes followed by a long pause before exhaling. I open my eyes with a sudden wild look running between the two & a changed appearance, revealing a crimson red accompanied by two Tomoe within each eye, I waste no time in finding my Sensei as I knew he would not make it an easy task.

I begin my search by gazing my front, looking beneath every bush & corner of every tree, I make sure to thoroughly search my target but with no luck continue on by slowing turning myself around, I begin looking higher up along with the rest of the space. After some time I become slightly frustrated with the thought of my teacher abandoning me within the forest as if playing a prank, my Sharingan is nothing but the best & my skill only matches it, yet I still have no luck performing this simple task. I begin walking forward, making sure to continue scanning the area while in motion, I come to a halt in front of a narrow path leading deeper within the forest, hoping to find my Sensei somewhere there.
Reaching the end of the path, I glance over toward my left side, noticing a disparity with the color of the forest, I immediately recognize it as similar chakra to that of my Sensei, a sort of dark blue aura being given off, remembering this to be an effect of his recent training learning the fearful art of Satsui no Hadō. In a sudden motion I retrieve a small wooden block & hurl it toward the center of the chakra source while announcing myself & just as fast as I had thrown it I had made sure not to let down my guard & kept my focus of the surrounding area.

One of the Three Great Dōjutsu (San Daidōjutsu), the Sharingan is the kekkei genkai of the Uchiha clan. Unlike the other Dōjutsu, not all members of the Uchiha Clan possess the Sharingan. This great Dōjutsu seems to awaken only on exceptional Uchiha members and only in times of great stress. Once awaken, the pupil turns red and a single tomoe (巴) seal appears around the center pupil. As the user masters and evolves their eyes, the tomoe (巴) seals increase, topping 3 per eye. The main ability of the Sharingan, like any other Dōjutsu, is to enable the user to see the flow of chakra. This ability is further improved as the Sharingan gives color to chakra, enabling the user to differentiate chakras from different people or from different sources. Although the user can see chakra through matter, he cannot see beyond dense matter or in long distances. Coupled with the ability to see chakra, Sharingan users gain acess to an incredible clarity of perception that enables them to read insanely fast movements or minor details, enabling them the ability to foresee in an easier way, traps, incoming attacks, etc. This clarity of perception is so great that a Sharingan user can sometimes start performing a counter to an attack that is still being performed, enabling the counter to be launched only a split a second after the attack. This clarity of perception leaves Sharingan users able to track high speed movement easily as well as to read through handseals. This last ability enables them to learn techniques much faster and sometimes copy them directly from the enemy, as long as the user has the necessary chakra affinities and requirements to perform it. Finally, the Sharingan is often linked to Genjutsu and mind-manipulating illusions, mostly because the user can, mostly through Eye Contact, directly and precisely use his chakra to manipulate the enemy's chakra flow. In return, the users clarity of perception gives him the ability to more easily decipher visual illusions cast upon him and see past them. The Sharingan has a great cost to the user though. The chakra consumption disables its use for long periods of time and, even when the user grows stronger, it's still hard to keep it active for long periods of time.
Note: The user, if he hasn't gained full mastery over his Sharingan, will need to spend a move to activate it, although as long as he has chakra and enough stamina he'll be able to keep it active until the end of the match. If the user is Sannin Rank or above and has gained his 3 Tomoe Sharingan and held it for one month, he becomes able to passively activate it, meaning he'll no longer spend a move of his 3 per turn.
Note: To avoid direct Eye Contact and be able to focus only on the body movement below the chin, the opponent needs to have mastered Taijutsu to possess the necessary skill.
Note: Predicting the nature of a technique or what it exactly is requires the user to either know the technique or that its a cannon technique.
Note: Danzo and Kakashi bios activate the Sharingan by removing the covers in their respective eyes and suffer a +10 chakra consumption per turn penalty

I stand unamused as the voice fades away & continue my search becoming more casual while gazing around, knowing full well of my Sensei's chakra becoming an obvious site I make ready & rest my left arm on the hilt of my blade while strolling through the forest. As I exit the narrow pathway I end within an open space similar to the last, difference being the sun shining through the trees with the rays hitting the ground, I turn my head viewing the forest fenced around & notice multiple figures of chakra spread in different locations, some hidden beneath bushes while others, resting against the trees & branches.

Soon as I say those words, I reach down and throw some dirt into Sauske's eyes, then I release a single Kunai towards his head.

Raising my head after gazing toward the previous kunai, I look toward my Sensei as a second kunai is thrown. With the aid of my Sharingan your motions move as in slow motion, easily detecting the kunai close in toward me, I motion my left arm toward my right, gripping the kunai lodged within it, I continue to pull the kunai out in a force able manner while swinging my left arm out causing both kunai to clash against each other. I continue to stand looking toward my sensei, holding my left arm out kunai tightly gripped.
I quickly release a fireball at you after performing two hand seals.

Although not able to see you move away due to our jutsu, my Sharingan easily picks up on your movements as you appear in front of me. I focus as your hip is already in motion carrying the rest of your body around & as your left leg begins rising higher at a faster pace, I simply motion my right arm forward having my palm face your leg & as it draws closer I grip your leg tighly clenching onto it, holding it in place at chest level.

Description: By performing the snake hand seal the user will use this technique to petrify whatever or whoever is touching them, causing the object in question to start to crumble. Due to essentially being turned to stone, the affected target considerably increases in weight. The afflicted person or object of this techniques effects increases their power by +10 to techniques but reduces their speed.
Note: The target stays petrified for 1 turn.
