Madara used the Meteorite Technique after forming 3 seals at once with Susanoo.

Nagato also used a Meteorite-like Technique here. So does it require the EMS or the Rinnegan? Any thoughts?

I highly doubt its an EMS jutsu, It would just Overpower the sharingan even more than it already is.

Then why did Madara use Susanoo to use the Meteorite Technique? Or why didn't Nagato use Susanoo? Technically, since he has the Rinnegan, he should be able to go back to the EMS.

Whose to say they weren't summoned at the same time and the 2nd was simply obscured by the closer (and huge) first one.

That being said its most likely Rinnegan.
