No Tsunade punch never broke any form of Susano'o. Tsunade broke one rib from a rib caged susano'o, the lowest form of Susano'o, and that wasn't even a punch but a kick. She never broke any Susano'o. There's also the fact that Edo Madara guarded against/blocked a kick from her when she and Ay arrived on the battlefield with Hiraishin without sutaining any damage.
