In case people missed this, although you clearly lived under a rock or slept in way too long if you managed that feat, but anyways, Messi's days in court finally seems to be over.

"Barcelona star Lionel Messi has been handed a 21-month prison sentence for tax fraud but is unlikely to serve time in prison."

He's not actually going to serve any time in prison since apparently as per the legal system in Spain, as if you get a prison sentence of less than 2 years for the first offence you don't get any jail time........ or so they said. :lol

Yep, that's why I pointed that out in addition to the link :lol He also got a small fine, but having already payed back large sums prior to this, I suppose Messi now will run home free unless he gets a speeding ticket or something else like it in the near future, lmao.
