Kakashi defeats KCM Naruto mid-high diff for the latter's power is still not way out of his reach compared to BM and he's a strategist. Gai with 8 Gates defeats Sasuke even if he had PS because he managed to almost kill Juudara while no other ninja could even hurt SM Madara (a much weaker version of Madara than Juudara) - not even EMS Sasuke.

Anyway, Kakashi negs Sasuke warping his ass with Kamui before he can even react, not that if he could react he could do anything; but he can't even react, by feats. Sasuke would also get warped even if being in Susanoo or with Susanoo all together, that means nothing to Kamui space-time barrier and by feats Kakashi's execution is faster than every jutsu Sasuke has, and than his reflexes too. Kakashi is also smarter and physically faster.
Kakashi can defeat KCM Naruto is he quickly uses Kamui on him, otherwise if Naruto brings out the 13 KCM/SM clones and starts attacking with nukes himself, has to retreat in the Kamui dimension with self teleporting and charge chakra to spam Kamui, otherwise, or if he fails, Naruto overpowers him.
Gai with 7th Gate heavily pressured Juubi jinchuriki Madara, far better than SM Minato with Hiraishin could do, Sasuke would be hella troubled by Gai's speed and power, and certainly he can't even hope to face him in a CQC fight; Amaterasu and Susanoo arrows are too slow for Gai. Enton is useless when Gai can attack from a distance with Hiru Tora, and Hiru Tora destroys Susanoo too.
Gai defeats KCM Naruto but maybe there are some chances he can be defeated too, depending on how the battle plays.
If Gai is allowed to open the 8th Gate, then he casually murks EMS Sasuke and KCM Naruto together in a couple of seconds.

Why no PS for Sasuke? He didn't attain PS because of Kurama's chakra. He unlocked it right when he armored Kurama with the Susanoo, not because of its chakra but because he unlocked it himself at that time. EMS Sasuke should have PS, unless you're restricting PS despite him having it, but you can't deny that he had PS (EMS).

Sasuke then targets Kakashi with Susanoo arrows, who is forced to warp them away with kamui while Naruto's remaining clones blitz him with Rasengans. Then Naruto and Sasuke turtle in Susanoo and outlast 7th Gate.
On the other hand, if Kakashi warps a hole through Susanoo at the start allowing Gai to blitz Sasuke, Naruto will end up killing Kakashi while he does this but Gai still remains. Then it comes down to KCM Naruto vs Gai, and Gai would win that
