Mentally Linked

Zetsu and Tobi might be Mentally linked together so that how Zetsu can show him battle recordings.

Such as with the tree they are connected to that so they could virtually show each others their memories.

Since Tobi's body is part Zetsu and he know of other Shinobi. This could be because he had Zetsu spy on shinobi so everything Zetsu gathered could be mentally transferred to Tobi.

The process of transferring could take a while to download completely too.

So maybe they can use their root to transfer memories (Recordings)

Unsure. They both posses Hashirama Cell's so its possible they can be mentally linked and share the same information. I do not think the information would take long to process as I assumed they will become one in mind. On the other hand, I do not think it would be necessary as Zetsu can just verbally inform Obito.
