i usually give some body their own voice. some may sound high and some may sound low. others sound average but everybody have they own voices.

i feel that way about minato fanboys and kakashi fanboys, too. they are always like FTG this and kamui that! i see them as annoying little chiwawa's

I've given a few voices to people I speak to regularly...but they're usually just my own voice edited a bit. :/
Except for 99minutes, who I've given a very nice Australian accent. <3

Sometimes, it depends. It happens more when I read a novel/short story/manga or something that has a plot.
