mental health and bullying

what i dont get is, the teachers always say they can stop the bullying, they never have and never will.

what schools need, not even schools, what friends need to do is, if they see a mate getting bullied, run up to that punk and punch him square in the face. he wont start on 4-5 how ever many of you there are and he will of learnt his lesson.

saying that, in todays world you can never really win against a bully/bad guy because theyll just return with 10 of their friends. so its either get beaten or get beaten badly really. =/

Yeah that is what annoys me about teachers. They do anything even when they say they will. And you have a point you can;t really stand up to bullies without their mates turning up. But someone has to stand up to them.

Some people are just insecure cretins that wants to make themselves feel better by bullying others who they think is inferior to them.
But you can't really assess your worth by bullying others which is why it's foolish!

I've been talking to a friend of mine who suffers from mental health conditions as do I and he has come to the conclusion that no matter what we will never be accepted. I think he has a point. No matter what the condition is, a person who suffers from a condition that affects their mental health will get bullied or won't be accepted and is hated. Why exactly do people hate others because of their mental health?? why are people hated for suffering?? why bully someone because of their mental health?? anyone who does in my opinion are sad and low and pathetic. What is the point seriously of bullying people knowing the risks?? what is the point of bullying someone who has a mental health condition?? what is wrong with society today, honestly??

You should just live your life the best possible way and don't think about them at all,they are just sad,lonely,and angry pathetic people who will hate and bully pretty much anyone that is remotely different from them . They are a gray area like million other people and you are special in your own way and they hate you for it.

it makes them feel bigger and better or sometimes its because of a personal experience.

ei, if your dad rapes and beats your mum you could possibly end up being more, agressive to women.


i got bullied for being small and nerdy since the age of 5 to 14.
one day i stood up to my bully (without fighting) and he never spoke to me since. =D

Well the t.v tends to over exaggerate people with the mental health issues but there are people who are proper crazy. But honestly you shouldn't be scared of them, they are people just like everyone else

Oh I'm completely aware of that. I'm not saying I'm afraid of kids with Autism or things like that, but many times they won't say what kind of mental illness a person has. I'm afraid of the idea I guess.

Thanks dude I know he does but seriously I feel like I'm the only support he has which is sickening seeing has he has an entire family. They don't do shit.

people have been bullied all through out history, this is nothing new. What sickens me are how the ones who are bullied reacts. Like you were bullied so now everyone in school has to be shot or blown up. it drives me crazy because they almost never go for the ones that were bullying them. I was bullied in school when I was younger, I hated it yes. But I have never, and I mean never, thought about killing someone.

I think "hate" may be the wrong word... people may feel "superior" to those with mental health issues, and that's where the bullying stems from.
