Well, Menma is pretty much the strongest movie character ever. He is literally stronger than Edo Madara and Hashirama.
His summonings were so powerful that the WHOLE Akatsuki team was required in order to beat them - his masked summonings are basically Akatsuki members.
He has Dark Sage Mode which is actually than Naruto's Toad Sage Mode and BM.
He can also summon the Kyuubi and/or use his chakra whenever he feels like it.
His best attack destroyed the Leaf Village in ONE SECOND (a bomb that he can use as much as he wants to - it's basically an infinite Bijuudama, but stronger).

Everybody already admitted that he's stronger than Rinnegan Madara and Nagato, not to mention Obito (whom admitted inferiority to Menma). Would he be enough to take down Madara? His transformation contains more Senjutsu than DSM and TSM combined.
Round 1: EMS Madara
Round 2: Edo Madara (Menma can seal him)
Round 3: SM Madara
Round 4: Juubi Madara (1 Eye)
Round 5: Juubi Madara (2 Eyes)
I'd say he can beat every version of Madara except the last one. Still, who knows, Black Zetsu had no problem piercing Madara, so maybe Menma would have even less trouble doing so.

Verdict of Menma: He's a lot stronger than BSM Naruto, but somewhat weaker than CURRENT (So6P) Naruto and all Obito versions. Would he be powerful enough to defeat Madara (rounds)?
