Also my brother and I put alot of work into this so please read the scenario.

"Oh, there you are Tobi."
"What is it now Kabuto..."
"Oh come now, we are allies aren't we? Can't I just have a simple conversation with you without some alternative motive?"
"No, you can't. Now, what is it that you want?
"Hmph, well, now that you mention it, there is one thing... I want you to send me temporarily to your experimental Infinate Tsukiomi."
Tobi was caught off guard by that statement and glared at Kabuto. He knew that this snake had somehow managed to dig up some dirt on him yet again.
"Oh please, don't think I don't know about your little test. Do not bother asking how either, I have my ways. Now then, my request?
"I don't know how you found out, but I really do not care; However, I am curious, what purpose would you have going into that world?"
Kabuto's grin would make a snake rattle in suspicion, knowing that he was going to get his request now with that simple question, or more so, his answer to follow.
"Simple really, I have recently completed my, let's call it, transformation, as well as required two new pawns. My request is to send me to face the Naruto of that world for I would find no better test subject for my pawns and self than the 9-tails himself. Think about it, if I can defeat a fake, the battle experience would allow yourself and I to understand where I would stand against the real thing. It would really be a win-win situation for you, if I win, you will receive a very powerful ally after seeing exactly what he can do in action; However, if my understanding is correct, if I die there, I die, and I will be out of your hair for good, deal?
Tobi thought it over for a moment. Kabuto made quite a few points that made sense, if he saw everything Kabuto was capable of, he would just be that much less of a threat to him if he were to betray him. And, if Kabuto died, that would be great, one nuisance gone, and one that knows all of his secrets at that, but, he did severely increase his military force and would be quite a heavy loss, he could always warp him out before he completely died if he were to make such a decision however.
"Alright Kabuto, I'll send you in, but, remember, you asked for this..."

Knowledge: Kabuto has minimal knowledge of Menma, Menma has no knowledge of Kabuto
restrictions: Kabuto is only allowed Ginkaku & Kinkaku using the imperfect Edo Tensei the Edo's can be defeated if they suffer enough damage/trauma. No Kohaku no Jōhei for G&S brother's
intention: terminate
extra: Kabuto starts off in SM, Menma starts off with 9 guardians out and ready to fight.

For those of you who have yet to see what Menma is capable of I am sorry his Narupedia has not been finished/edited enough to explain his ability's. But you are in luck I found the road to ninja movie ENG SUB so you can get the best of information from the source itself.

Note that each guardian has the power of an entire Bijuu tail each. So, not counting their own power, if each -Kaku brother went into 4&1/2 tailed mode, they would theoretically be even in terms of power. Also note that Gin and Kin's mystical items would not work against the mute guardians leaving them with just the fan and their own power really.
