I have been recently looking at the member count of Naruto Base and I noticed that it was 154,009 after the registerations were closed. Then after a few days or a few weeks, I saw the member count as 154,010 and later 154,006. Now it shows 154,010.

That isn't possible. Banned members are also members of NB. There are several Banned Members but there will be no change in the member count.

Some adbots account get deleted. Some people registered before registration was closed finally confirm their email and complete registration process. yada yada.
