Tell me about Dark Release. Why did you choose it, and how will it be beneficial to you in fights and the like.
Dark Release is an advanced element that was supposed to comprise of Fire and Lightning Release. This is the reason why it is essential for one to have began training in them. Its ability is quite cool, being able to absorb chakra in all forms, especially energy. There are two method of Dark Release Manipulation. The absorption type and the release type. The absorption would be used to absorb, while the release is used for offensive nature.
The absorption type is weak to Earth and Water while strong to all energy type element and double strong to normal chakra. I think the release type also has the same strength and weakness as the absorption type.

Now, your understanding about Meiton is fine, however I'll correct you in one thing. That is Dark is no longer double strong to raw/normal chakra. This was removed a while back in one of the updates.

Yes I believe it should. You said the chakra we absorb would not affect us since they are stored in an infinite space separate from out body with the mark acting as the doorway. I don't think the chakra would mix with our body, according to what you've said.
So is the chakra absorbed only for the sole purpose of releasing more dark chakra in the "release" form or we can borrow the chakra and add it to our chakra system? How would that work out if you have previously absorbed a sensjutsu chakra? Would we be petrified by senjutsu chakra?

You're correct.
And no, you cannot send the absorbed chakra into your body, at least not with our current techniques. I believe you would be exposed to the effects of Senjutsu and get petrified, yes.

It's a simple concept where you use either of your dark mark and absorb an incoming technique. Inhaling Maw is an exception because it does not follow the usual S/W scheme of Dark Release, but it can only absorb what is stated in the note. As Sensei begin to mold chakra into his hands, I realised he is no more joking. He really intends to kill me. His hands would begin to glow. He had told me what to do. I only need to focus chakra into the upper dark mark and I'll be able to absorb chakra. I would begin to try it. Not that I have any choice though unless I'm wishing for a quick and pitiful death. I focus chakra into the upper mark and hold out my left hand(palms facing forward) against the incoming lightning while closing my eyes tightly hoping my death would be painless. I waited for my absorption to fail and to be in the afterlife but luckily I'm still alive. The lightning did not hit me. This could only mean one thing, I successfully absorbed the energy.

Feitan points with his finger to a swarm of birds which were calmly passing by above, however to their own bad luck, they were about to be targeted. I want at least five birds cleanly cut in half to drop down dead. I'm kinda hungry."

I would muster a smile following sensei's comment. Immediately he gave the next instruction, my tone changes to a serious and determined one. I only have a small window before the birds go out of range. I would begin to flow chakra into the lower mark of my left hand. Once I feel that the chakra I stored are there and ready to be released, I added shape manipulation to give them form, shaping them into small crescent blades. I wave my left hand upwards while at it, aiming at the birds. Luckily for me, 7 instead of 5 birds would be harvested.

Following with satisfaction as the birds fell down, and not wanting them to get dirty at all, Feitan quickly catches all of them in mid-air, collecting them. Nodding at the student's famish, Feitan had another request for him. "Now, we need a lunch table. Use your remaining absorbed chakra and wave your hand, releasing forth a single but widespread wave of Dark chakra. Despite it's low power, it's quite potent in its own, and can easily cut. I want you to test this on that big tree and cut it in half. That will serve us as a table. Do your job as I cook these." Feitan says as he throws all the bird in the air and releases blue flames, hot enough to perfectly roast them.

Brimming with excitement and because Kishin is beginning to get a hand of the dark ability. The ability would soon make him who he is, the Demon God but first, he had to do all this rudimentary tasks. He would focus on the remaining chakra within the lower dark mark and using shape manipulation at the point of release, form it into a giant blade that would cleave clean through the tree sensei was talking about.

Asura quickly responds to his teacher's assault. He had built much confidence and perhaps, able to conjure his ability more easily. Focusing chakra into his mark, he would release dark energy that he quickly forms into a shield to defend him from the blade.

Having absorbed the previous jutsu, Kishin would focus his chakra into his dark marks as the clones approach him. Releasing the chakra in a burst in a form of focus shockwave, Kishin would send the clones flying fast and at the end they poof due to the force of the attack.
I like this technique. Can it only cause serious damage when it hit in close range? What if it hits the target in Mid-range or Long range?

I would dart towards sensei's clone. Once I reach striking zone, the clone would swing a kick. I would quickly drop down and slap the pivoting leg off the ground while focusing chakra into my dark mark to drain the clone's chakra upon contact. I would quickly release the chakra as a release type, using the previously learned jutsu to deal damage to the clone.
I havee a weird question. Since we can sap the opponents chakra, what if I am put in an illusion? Can I sap the chakra creating the disturbance from my system by touching myself with the mark? Having done this, and if possible, would this bee able to break me out from genjutsu?
