None of the Jinchuuriki besides Bee, Yagura, and Naruto were able to control their Bijuu. People need to stop thinking that being a Jinchuuriki automatically brings you to Bee's level, because it doesn't.

is this bloodlust? in which case being able to control himself is irrelevant. saiken is a sentient being. even if utakatas gone nuts, saiken wont. any jin can open their seal and let their inner bijuu run the show. gaara did it as a little kid without losing his mind completely. naruto did it vs oro.
with anime feats utakata still gives mei a hell of a fight in base
