Tobirama = High Kage Level

I don't want to go into detail, but Tobirama wins mid diff.

As an Edo, he used Suiton techs with one hand seal and without a water source. His Suiton will get way bigger as a full powered Edo. Look at Hashirama's Mokuton from Part 1 -> Part 2.

Chakra sensing counters mist, and Tobirama FTG's away once he senses PH levels in the mist.

Tobirama is better at Tai, Speed, Intelligence, Chakra levels, and Kenjutsu.

But if you want a debate, I am all for it.
