Do you really think that Sakura is able to blitz mei, a kage level shin obi who reacted to madara uchihas attacks with pure speed of forming hand seals ? Mei definitely is able to react to sakuras speed, no discussion.
When Sakura is in mid air using shanaro she is vulnerable to lava style or water dragon which catches her out of the air smashing her to the ground (lava even could finish her directly) Shortly after this Mei uses acid mist to melt her away.
To much of hardcore wanking, i can't even take you serious.
The scenario with Madara above is the same as what will happen here.
Her Lava style is pretty slow and wouldn't be able to contact Sakura while she's closing in even Karin had time to react to it.
Sutton can pressurise her but it can't put down a Byakugo user.

Tsunade has much better stamina than mei thats why she was the only one who was able to defend the 5, because Madara uchiha wrecked them all.

What is this ? she just jumped in the air. Everyone can do this by pushing of the ground.
Look at the scan above where mei not only uses fast movements of heandseals, but also crosses a long distance in one panel, which also speaks for her speed.
Karin had time to react because she stood onto the ground and being a sensor she may had foreseen it bait.
Doesn't matter because when sakura is in mid air she won't be able to dodge things which got thrown at her from beneath.
Look at the impact of her lava style, sakura has no chance of avoiding it when she jumps in the air

Again look at the scan i posted above, Madaras attack was about to hit her and in the last second she preformed multiple hand seals and even was able to defend herself with a water wall, next panel she already had formed the seals of water dragon, thats speed !
Mei isnt bad in close combat, she can kick sakura away to keep her at bay
