No, she cant change the environment w/ 1 seal.
But after said seal, she can tactically apply mist & gradually fill the barrier & hope she doesn't get jinton'd.

But w/ full intel I don't see why he wouldn't.

It takes time for mist to come out of her mouth jinton beam I repeat does not require prep time the cube does to make it's shape but the beam is in it's natural state mei is screwed if she does that because she has to stand still a the mist is coming out mu can simply use a jinton beam which she has no speed feats to avoid

Cube jinton is close range attack which is the best way to kill her

And I just read some of tht thread while I agree with u she's not as slow as ppl think but what ur having her do in ur version of the battles is acid mist first tht requires u to stand in one spot while blowing out a lot of mist

A jinton beam doesn't require little to no prep and can be shot at her while she is in this stationary position ... Also what u did show in this thread was her Jutsu speed not dodging speed ..

He'd stomp in a neutral location but this location is a huge advantage to Mei and a huge disadvantage to Mu.

It has nothing to do with that, with that location she takes it. Not hard to see that.

Jinton takes prep. Muu will go invisible and go as far as possible but barrier will contain him. Mei uses acidic mist and Muu dies.

How does the barrier around the battlefield contain Mu when he can just jinton a hole through the barrier?
