Situation 1: Mei wants to test them, therefore she won't use her full power to kill them. However, Lee, Kiba and Sakura wants to kill her. ( no kekkei genkai attacks, for instance )
Situation 2: Intent to kill.

mei its really jus lee vs mei. mei's kekai are too deadly imo

It will be Mei vs Lee; she can take him down mid-diff at most; if we assume that he is at 5th gate level.
If he is close to Gai's level that would be a different story; but we do not know.
