Her speed is above par considering she beat Zetsu in CQC and her wide scaling techniques make up for her range anyway. Jirobo's Earth dome is useless before her considering it's AOE and the melting power enough to melt Susanoo. It's weakspots are where he doesn't concentrate much chakra hence Team 7 broke through it. An attack melting from all sides'll omnidirectionally melt the dome. Assuming he has equal level of control as Jirobo's. She rapes him in short range by covering him with lava which'd solidify around his body and stun him in one spot, and outlasts him. He cannot use elemental assaults simultaneously while utilizing Earth Spear but just the generic shots done individually by the ghosts impartial to his will. Which wont be powerful enough to take her down. DB implies she melts all Chakra Defenses like she did to Susano'o implying she simply melts the chakra present in his hardened part and negates his jutsu.

Id give it to kakazu. While Me can easily overpower all of his elemental jutsu by her sheer scale, his ability to have the masks attack independently will trip her up as her hand seal speed isn't shown to be all to fast, and attacking from multiple places will do her in.

By feats he's vastly superior than Mei in Taijutsu after what he did to Choji, Demon form naruto, and Kakashi in CQC who are way better than Mei. His Ninjutsus are on a higher scale than Mei's ninjutsu and he has way more experience than Mei because he's in the 1st Hokages era.
Pre-Earth Grudge Kakazu was such a skilled Jonin that they sent him to assassinate the 1st Hokage, failed, yet survived Deep Emergency Forest from Hashirama.

Mei couldn't even kill Zetsu, the weakest of Akatsuki while Kakazu was able to beat a Full biju with Hidan's help.

I don't see Mei standing a chance at all, this man survived 2 one-shot jutsus from Kakashi and Naruto something that would end Mei if it ever connected. Kakazu negs and I'm not even a kakazu fan like that, and you know who my favs are.

Clearing a large part of a forest is way bigger than a water dragon that’s barely larger than a ribcage Susano’o that Ay was able to pick up with his two hands.

Mean while Kakshi’s using water style that’s this big which completely overshadows Mei’s water style feats in one panel:
