You're looking at a fcuking black on white manga scan, where Madara's Susano'o is melting after being affected by Mei's lava. Susano'o was fine afterwards because Madara either put more chakra into it to restore the layers or Kishi was simply too lazy to draw it in other panels.

What truly matters is that Kishi clearly shown, that lava melts Susano'o (which implies chakra in general). Stop arguing with facts. Youton shits on Domu.

People have been boiled alive. FYI Osmosis isn't what kills you. It's the water heating your internals to a point that cause damage and death. So he will be boiled if not burned by the lava. Which is why if he's as confident as you are about his ability to tank. All 5 hearts will boil.

Kakuzu has a few good counters to Mei. Like his fuuton for her mist. His katon can probably provide a buffer against Mei's suiton, weaken it and then Domu the rest. It comes down to whether or not Mei can take Kakuzu down with lava alone. I don't believe she can.

Kakuzu, at mid to high difficulty.

Yoton obviously erodes Domu if not damages him beyond repair. It only hardens his skin, so he wouldn't have inherent resistance to heat beyond normal flames.

Yoton wouldn't happen regardless since Mei can't reach him to begin with, but let's give Mei some credit here.
