I think you were joking, but if not,explain how can they defeat Mei

Tough one. The real challenge here would be Shino with his Bugs and I believe the bugs can also sense chakra which can be a potentially counter to the hidden mist. I'd go with Mei mid diff. Haku's Ice style get shitted on by lava globs and shino's bugs IMO won't be capable of moving so freely within the acid and boil mist. Shino gets killed by the boil release or lava globs.

Mei wins.She could use the mist and rais its temperature to prevent any bugs from landing on her.

mei low diff. Shino's bugs are not a problem when they die from corrosion. These small insects aren't taking an acid bath, not even debateable. Boil Release alone takes out these two.. Adding lava style, Kisame level suiton and HM is just pure overkill.

Haku is non-factor here. He is too young to compete with kage-level characters. His senbons and ice shards melt even before they touch Mei.
Bugs die due to Corrosive Mist.

She stomps them - low diff.
