Mei wins low-mid difficulty, maybe mid difficulty depending on the starting distance. Chouji is getting overrated, I used to think he was underrated when people placed him at the bottom of Konoha 11 rankings but it is apparent that I was wrong.

If you're going entirely by levelling- Chouji is a chunnin with (arguably) strength of a jonin. Mei on the other hand is kage level. This should be fairly obvious.

Also that poll is ****ed. Is there something i'm missing?

Both are underrated, but don't know why people think Mei defeats Choji to be honest, and you even say with low difficulty. Title aside, what could she do to BM Choji? If she wants to defeat him, she has to do it before he enters this mode, but after that, i don't see how Choji loses this fight

Mei takes this, but it's not as easy as people seem to think, especially when you placed her near a river. Choji would give her trouble due to the sheer size and strength of his BM, no doubt about it, but ultimately I'd give it to Mei.
