Mei is a tall, slender woman with fair skin and a graceful, mature appearance. She has striking green eyes and long auburn hair that falls to around her lower back. Her hair is styled with a distinctive herringbone pattern at the back, while the upper portion is gathered into a top-knot secured with a dark blue band. Four prominent bangs frame her face, with two shorter strands at the front, one partially covering her right eye, while two longer strands cross over one another and fall just below her chin. Her overall appearance is elegant and carefully maintained, giving her a refined presence even when dressed for combat.
She typically wears a long-sleeved, dark blue dress reaching just below her knees.
